Greetings Captains!
We will be having a maintenance tomorrow 6/30 at 7AM Pacific for 2.5 hours. You can find our patch notes here.

    Thought being account bound was too nice. Glad I was only planning for my main toon to have these, anyway.

    They will be account unlock, so you can claim them on all toons anyway...

    Wait I did the que (both versions yesterday) and no rewards what so ever..What gives?! no marks nothing..Timed lsted till the end..Untimed lasted till past round 2..But nothing..

    I'm having a similar issue. I played it on three separate toons just for the hell of it, but only the second one got the rewards at all.

    Is it Account-bound or character-bound?

    Character-bound, but redeemable by all characters on an account.

    I can understand shutting off access 5 minutes early, but I just now got the server is unavailable message 13 minutes before the patch. At this rate, you might as well shut off logins an hour before the patch.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Thats a quick patch, but for a patch For a bug that already exists for a while is no time?

    This week, another bug ticket was sent because I can not go further with a other character, not my main character, in the episode The Delta Quadtrant. A bug that apparently already exists a little longer and has been reported several times, but nothing is done. But one can apparently quickly provide a solution for an event that does not contribute to the game.

    Cryptic, we just wanted to buy a lifetime account with a whole group from Belgium to start our own fleet so we could communicate with each other in our own language. A group consisting of one hundred men and for which the money is already available, I think we are waiting for a moment.

    Yeah, thanks for the warning that there was maintenance today.

    I logged in to the game just after 6am Pacific and there was no message on the launcher about an unscheduled maintenance, nor was there anything new under the "News" section showing new patch notes.

    I was alting around a lot and looking some things over in-game and then when I go to switch characters again, I get the "Server Unavailable" message and get booted out to the login screen. Didn't even see any ingame announcement of a maintenance, but that's probably due to me alting.

    And I have to agree, while not properly announcing a maintenance is bad enough, taking the server down a full 15 minutes early on top of that is a royal pain.

    Oh well, at least some issues are getting worked out.

    So it still unlocks account-wide once one toon claims it, only it won't be transferable between toons meaning each toon needs to upgrade the weapons separately. That's my understanding.

    Just read the patch notes, and need clarification on whether or not the earned token is toon locked. I understand the weapons are account unlocks, but am I forced to use only one toon to earn the token ?

    You can earn one token per 20 hours per account.

    The rewards that you unlock with those tokens are character bound, but can be reclaimed by any character on an account.

    I'm not sure how the maintenance ended up starting early, that shouldn't have happened and I'll look into it.

    Also, maintenance is now complete! Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you in game!
