PS4 Looking for a large active Fleet

Ive been in the same fleet since the game started on PS4. My GF and 3 of my friends all play together.
We have donated a great deal to the fleet and havent been able to understand why we were unable to use any of the fleets stores.
Found out this fleet has store use set on level 4 and up and ny friends and I are still rank 1.
Looking for a fleet that repayes its members does anyone know of one?
