Support Colonization Efforts missions missing for Romulan Federation officers?

Hey guys

I've been looking for these missions over the last couple of days - specifically in the B'Tran, Betreka and Zenas clusters. However, I've had no luck finding them.

I realise I may have been just unlucky in this, but I'm wondering if anyone else is not seeing these assignments at the moment?

    After reading this, I checked B'Tran with a Fed-aligned Romulan and found the Support Cluster Colonization Efforts assignment available (and started it because that captain could use another).

    I'm usually able to make them appear after flying just outside the sector and then back to the nebula, sometimes several times and in different directions. But I think I've always gotten it to pop within 5 or so tries. It doesn't seem to be any better or worse for my Rom toon vs. Fed or K toons.

    Thanks guys. I'm happy to keep trying - I just wanted to know that they were actually appearing, which they clearly are.
