Have you tried the EU proxy?
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

it's Sunday. servers always run bad on Sundays.

did the proxy security flaw have been fixed ? many accounts got h4ck3'd beause the proxy have (or had?) some major security issues, a dude wrote it down in details back half a year or so what was the actual problem

but before that whenever i tried proxy the game couldn't even start up, the loader just keep loading and froze solid in time
    turn it off and on.
    pls..
and seems like theres an excuse for each day now

Rule one when having lag/connection problems: always verify that the issue isn't on your end.

Do a network speed test, test out other network-heavy games, try a direct connection to your modem if you're using a separate modem/router combo, and if on Wi-fi flip the channel around (there may be local interference.) It isn't productive to uncritically say "I'm having lag" because you haven't provided sufficient information to rule out the possibility that (for example) it's just your modem/router giving out. For your own sake you want to establish the facts, so do some troubleshooting (and state what you've done afterwards) as that can provide useful information in itself.

To that end, you should also check out this official support post linked below. There's a number of extra tests you can do to help identif where networking problems may be occuring (which can be a great help to Cryptic if it turns out they are indeed on their end.)

If only other players learned that instablaming cryptic over connection issues isn't necessarily warranted as you seem to have. Bravo.

Yeah, it looks like there's something up on the network. I can't say exactly where it fits in relation to your ISP (ie. if it's on their network or a hop or two beyond) but if it doesn't clear up soon I might just give their support line a call anyway (just outline the basic problem and ask if there's any technical issues going on with your service).

The drop out at 14 could still be on Cryptic's end though, it's after a server listed "perfectworld." That's good to know, since it's possible now that any QA devs here could make inquiries.

In a day or so give it another test. If you still have problems around the 4-9 range then give your internet service provider a call. If you still have problems between 12-15, make another post in the PC/Network technical support forum linked below (where you can be sure that someone in Cryptic QA is going to see your post, before the general forum swamps it out).
