Armada / Fleet Recruiting (Gamma and Beta slots available)

Hello everyone. We are currently recruiting fleets for our Armada and members for our Fleet (Mechanized Dragons). If either joining the armada, or joining our fleet as a member is an interest to you, please contact me in-game at @GDeemer.

Fleet Membership

Our founders have been around for a long time (since Beta) and this fleet was formed in 2010 (September if I remember correctly). Many of us in the fleet have played together since launch. If you are looking for a group of people that enjoy working/playing together, having fun, and playing a game (rather than being caught up in drama and politics), please give us a look. Our fleet promotions through the first four ranks are based on being an active member and contributions to building the armada. There are no time restrictions, no politics, simply play and have fun.

Armada Membership

Our armada is a new armada since we recently split from another armada. About one week ago, about half of an armada left to form our own armada.

We have at least three openings in the Aramada:
(1) We have a Gamma Fleet slot open (under the first Beta);
(2) We have (another) Gamma Fleet slot open (under the second Beta); and
(2) We have one Beta Fleet slot open (and of course their respective Gamma Fleet slots)

For the Gamma slots, we are looking for active fleets, preferably a decent level but you do not need to be level capped. You just need to be on your way and show that you are working towards it and making progress with an active fleet. Gamma fleets are expected to remain active, focus on building their fleet(s) and when possible, help other fleets as well.

For the Beta slots, we are looking for active fleets, preferably a decent level with active fleets that will be your Gamma fleets. In addition to the same requirements of the Gamma fleets to remain active, focus on building their fleet(s), the Beta fleet would also need to be ready, willing, and able to properly manage their respective Gamma fleets to ensure the best results for the Armada. This means that if a Gamma fleet becomes inactive, the Beta actively looks for a higher level (or same level) fleet that is active to replace the inactive Gamma. This does not mean to kick an inactive fleet to start looking for a replacement Gamma fleet - find the replacement first. It does not make sense to kick a level 30-40 fleet in the hopes that another higher level, active fleet will magically appear.

Our commitments to any fleet in the armada is that we will help where we can. We will do runs to help build both players and fleets (sometimes players need help in missions that do not help the armada). We will not try to dictate your fleet policies. You run your fleet(s) how you want, and if you want advice or to compare your fleet management to our fleet management, we are perfectly open to discuss anything you want, but it is your fleet and we do not control, try to control, or in any way try to make it ours.

The bottom line on expectations is that we are one team, working together to reach the level 700 armada, but each fleet is completely independent in how they want to do things.
