Recurring log in issue

See attached pic. Happens weekly. Or more often.

If I try to log in, I get an error message "Unable to authenticate: Couldn't even attempt account server connection"

    I have a similar problem , but my says check my network connection. but no errors

    I'm having similar issues....Saying Timed Out check my network connection and try again.

    Arc is also having problems logging in, giving a timeout error.

    Timing out here on both STO and CO, looks like it must be an ARC issue.

    Same problem, Cannot even log into ARC. Connection timing out. Every other game client i have is working fine so is clearly an ARC issue.....?

    im having this issue now too. no problem earlier but now it just times out. is there more about this somewhere? Is there a solution?

    You'd think someone at Cryptic would say something about this on their Facebook and Twitter pages or on here?

    my internet connection is fine may I add but still can not connect at present message replies "Timed Out check my network connection and try again" But I think they should reduce to cost of 10.00gbp to 5.00gbp a month if they have these problems

    We're aware there are issues with logging into the Arc client. We're working on a fix and have identified the issue.

    Got into ARC, but when I try to get into STO it won't connect!! Anyone still having problems? Click Links for Screenshots

    Same issue here, arc launches fine now, but the launcher won't load. I can get to the log in screen by going into the files and using the game client.exe file but then I get the same problem and messages jowolf18 posted.

    Got it working now. I just uninstalled everything and reinstalled again and everything works.

    And I thought we'd gotten past this - more fool me. Just been booted from Mirror Invasion AGAIN - someone wake me up when this cr@p is sorted...

    cant log in 9 times out of 10 , and if i do get "server not responding" and get kicked from game , then cant log back on , or when i do it cant pick out any of my toons , or says timed out just 3 seconds after logging back on , this mess didn't start until shard maint done on 11/19,2015 , after that game has went down hill, and cant send in a ticket as that is also messed up constantly waiting on support to answer
