[BUG] Armada Tab not showing other Fleets in Armada UI

Issue: Fleets, other than Fleet that character is in, is Missing in the UI. The Character's Fleet retains position in the UI, other fleets do not show with in the Armada do now show. As My Character is Rank 7/Fleet Leader, the UI shows Leave and Kick buttons where it should normally appear.
Donating to other Fleets is impossible for characters afflicted with this problem.

This affects all my KDF Characters my account, as my other characters are in other Fleets in the same Armada. My Fed Toons on the same account are not affected by this problem.
