    Same here, "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out"

    Yes I am certainly having some trouble logging in. "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the server timed out" appears in the STO launcher.
    I have this with launching from Steam and ARC.

    Just after i bought 3k zen too... and i dont believe in coincidences ;)

    Il keep trying. Just get your act together one of these days. Lag and login issues should be a thing of the past by now!

    I get the same, unable to authenticate, but the server shows as being up, so yea....weird

    Interestingly enough, I have trouble getting into Battlenet as well.

    Well.. the server was HIGHLY unstable. how do i know? I was lagging like it was Q winter wonderland when it just started and disaster connection on my side.. that is how it felt to play this last 10 minutes before i got kicked out.
    It is Fairly Obvious that They Don't Want me to Stick around.

    Trendy on twitter says they're aware of it and the engineers have been sent to conduct a fix!

    I also can't connect to the server. This is somewhat frustrating. I had cleared my whole afternoon to show the Delta stuff to a friend who's new to the game and now I can't get on at all.

    Yes.

    Had just switched toons thinking perhaps I hit log off button and that maybe the gold membership's priority login somehow glitched. Good to know it isn't just me.

    Yes! I get the error "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out" I just posted in the bug report forum, too.

    I cant even get the launcher screen to come up when trying to lauch it in Arc. Neverwinter and Champions Online works just fine however.

    and yes i did watch the video. and i think the Three Stooges would still be a some what better crew then what PWE has for customer service. at least then we would get a laugh out of it.
