1) Fix the Galaxy-R by boosting the effectiveness of its cruiser command clickies and upping their range considerably.
2) Fix the exploration system by increasing the types of missions one can undertake, adding some more involved scripted missions into the pool, and making it the only way to obtain certain rare, but non-essential things, like alien boffs and doffs, interesting consumables, or special resources needed for crafting high-level items.
3) Add a Cardassian faction that uses a mix of new Breen, Dominion, and Cardassian ship designs along with appropriately rescripted existing content and a unique mission chain or two for them specifically.
4) Addition of a new frigate ship class that is intended to operate as the lead ship in an attack wing of similar ships. Additional vessels in this group would essentially be similar to the hangar pets of carriers but individually more powerful and resilient.
5) Addition of new body types other than humanoid with a reasonable, if not complete, set of character generator bits and uniform options.

On a personal note if I was the boss, I'd fire any dev talking TRIBBLE about my customers. Its not how a professional company conducts itself, even if some of my customers are horribly deranged.... ya you know who you are guys lets not kid ourselves.... *Points to Bob in the corner of the room who at the moment looks like a rabid snarling weasel.* He hasn't been the same since they announced T5 upgrades.....
And I'd hire a PR department that isn't smoking bad granola.

Defining ship classes
Normalizing the "Limited" ship consoles (ie the Mirror T'Varo should be able to use the Plasma Destabalizer from the purchased one)
More ship customization (Compare the new mirror escorts with its 4 parts from 3 wholes and many skin colors, to the Bort with different skin colors)
Make all of the "Limited" ship consoles more useful
Make the Bort an actual "Battle Cruiser"with better turn and inertia
More explanation of what things are and what they do.
Add 2 more spaces to the hot tray for "-" and "="
Add Pet Commands to the skill tray options
Add Pet Commands to the various "Seperation" Pets (Bort's BoP, Multi Vector,etc)
