  I got 4 prisoners in the brig.
  When I select the assignment, my Security-BOFF sends his recommendation as usual, but there are no Prisoners listet.
  The strange thing is, he recommends candidates of my shuttle's rooster.
  
  I assume the prisoners are on my ship's rooster. How do I transfer prisoners to my shuttle's rooster to complete this assingment ?

  Check to make sure that the prisoners in your brig are prisoners of war in order for the mission to work, they can't be just regular prisoners they have to be Klink or Dominion I do believe.

  I had prisoner of the wrong department, that's why they didnt show up for the assignment...
  
  It's important to use the "show only usable items" filter if you buy doffs in the exchange
