The more I read this thread, the more I feel like getting back into webcomics. CAnd what would this be about? Well...
Yeah... several female aliens and one male end up in a house with an ordinary high school student who somehow ended up engaged to all of them. And to keep their identities secret on Modern Day Earth they all pose as local high school students. And the humans don't seem to notice that they're all aliens. And they would keep the violence to a minimum to ensure that the Earth authorities don't notice the aliens in their midst...
The Vulcan female undergoing Pon Farr might make things interesting. As would the male off kilter Hirogen who has decided he will marry his "prey".
I would marry a Vulcan female myself... that is... if I could withstand being frozen to death when the hot bodied vulcan woman speaks with the voice of an ice statue...

Assuming for the discussion that Human was not a choice? I've heard that folks tend to be attracted to those who resemble themselves in some way, so I think probably Bajoran or unjoined Trill, which I see as very similar to humans. Joined Trill would just be too weird. "Am I arguing with you or with the worm?"
And assuming Human IS a choice, there's that whole Mirror Universe thing. Double your possibilities.

If it had to be a canon character (from a show or film) then I'd have to go with Jadzia (or Ezri) Dax. Failing them, probably Kes. Then again, I always thought Hoshi was cute.
As for Alien / non canon, probably a Trill or Risan.
