Those of you having trouble, how recently did you purchase your lifetime subscription?
I purchased my Lifetime the day they were first offered, as did my friend. We both have created characters and checked the C-Store and no borg is available.
Borg creation is available now. Just visit the C-store in-game on an existing character to claim it.
Also not working, i purchased lifetime earlier today (about 10AM EST or so).
*edit* FYI, I have 4 character slots, just no borg option in C store. I've cleared cookies (far fetched I know... some games use the browser to get external data), restarted the game, created a new character. Trying to reboot the PC now to see if that helps.
Another guy here who can't make a borg character. Checked Cryptic account, LT is enabled. And money has been withdrawn from my bank account the 29th. Purchased 26th or 27th I don't recall.

I have my confirmation email dated january 25th but the account behaves as if there is no lifetime sub attached to it. 2 character slots, no borg options, nothing in cstore
But it shows up on my Account on the site, and unlike most of the people experiecning the issue i DO have 4 character slots - just not the Liberated Borg. I got half my LT bonus (well 2/3 since the discount is in its own way a bonus)
I got my sub this morning, Ticket: #552517 Please help I just want to play and not be left behind by my group of 5 friends who are waiting for me....without having to just restart when borg activates anyways

This is absolutely unacceptable. What difference does it make when someone ordered the sub? Nowhere was there any kind of warning prior to dropping 240 bucks that you would have to wait so much time before the features became active.

It's very simple, it helps narrow down where the problem may have come up.
there's still issues with this? I bought my subscription just a few hours ago, restarted the game after the 2nd announcement that it was fixed, had my extra character slots and was able to pick a liberated borg human after clicking new fed character and science officer.

Got the Lifetime sub on January 25th. Account has been upgraded with that info since then. Still have 2 character slots and no LibBorg.

LTS shows up within my account on-site fine.
Tried all the relogs and restarts, nothing to show for it yet.
Here's hoping it's sorted before the PST guys get home from work and flood the servers.
