    same, i paid a maasive amount of money for lifetime, and was promised to beable to make a borg chracter during head start, but its not available. WTF guys?

    I assuming you do have a Lifetime sub correct?

    I'm at work, so haven't logged in yet, but I hope they fix this, isf it is true, before I get home =p

    I can not make a liberated borg either. I am a lifetime subscriber and I check the CStore under special unlocks and available... still nothing. I dont really feel like leveling a character ill i have the race I was expecting to use.

    Hmm okay im a lifer (subscription wise) can see the borg in the c.store buty it wont let me activate it.

    Same here, so I came to the forums hoping for an answer. I am going to make an 'alt' and see if there is something from the store I need to retrieve, I will post if any luck. I do notice the dashboard is down again, not sure if its related...

    Also signed in. Paid for a lifetime membership last night.... no borg captain.... I had 4 slots though... so it appears it applied half correct.

    Life time sub here and no access to borg either, was i mistaken thinking i had heard that borg would bean available for the head start to life time subscribers?

    Replay from a dev would be appreciated, thanks.

    I'm at work and cant' login, but the "no products found" thing happened earlier. It usually happens after a reboot on their side and takes a while to get updated. It will suck though if we can't use Borgs in head start like advertised though. If that's the case I may play Klingon in head start until they're added.

    Well it would appear that my lifetime subscription is gone from my account along with all other products. We are not ****ing amused here Cryptic.

    what a way to start out cryptic ....... the forums are plastered with no borg like promised and also i cant even get into the game , just stuck at connecting to account server
