Showstopper - ship stuck in limbo- no ability to get help or reset

I was playing a mission and during a firefight in ship to ship combat I suddenly found time rewinding in huge chunks up to a minute of re-winded action... At this point I suddenly found my ship unable to fire back. I decided that I must be having lag issues and quit the game to restart. Upon restart my ship is stuck in a limbo state. I can't contact anyone in game, move, or interact with anything. My characters weapons are gone as is my entire crew. I also can not contact in game help, when I try I can pull up the gm help request, but not submit one, weirder still my existing open issues are not listed, it's as though my character is not connected to my account somehow....

This is a definite problem... Please if a GM reads this get this fixed...
