Opening my log crashes the game back to the desktop

I have opened a bug report in-game about this, but I figured I'd post to see if anyone else has a similar issue. I can't open my log in the game. Hitting the "L" key, brings up the log for a second, and then the game crashes back to the desktop. At first it was only happening in certain clusters, but now it happens everywhere. While it's really not affecting my own gameplay that much - I thought it might be important enough to mention here.

    Bump - only because I'm shocked I'm the only one with this problem.
