Bug - Torpedo: High Yield II

System

I have Torpedo: High Yield 1 and 2 on the same character. THY1 is level 9, THY2 is level 1 (just acquired).

Unlike Emergency Power To Shields 1 and 2, I can't even find THY2 on my skill window... so... how do I use THY2?

I can use EPS1/2 separately as it saves time while one is on cooldown.

Something about these skills is not consistent. Even if I wanted to use THY2 exclusively, I can't. It's not anywhere.

Check your officers under ASSIGNMENTS. You will see that (if the officer who has the skill is in the away team) position of the THY2 is in a specific slot. You will need that officer to be the correct rank for that slot to activate, AND you will need that officer at that rank to be in a station that allows that slot to work.

For instance, if you have THY1 and THY2 on the same officer, and in the away team it shows them to be in positions 2 & 4 (typically) and you assign that officer to a station, you will see the THY2 show up if the officer is at least a Lt. Then you need to have that officer in a Lt. station to use the Lt. power on him/her.

Crusiers: 1 science ensign, 1 tactical ensign, 1 engineering ensign, 1 engineering lieutenant
Science: 1 science ensign, 1 science lieutenant, 1 tactical ensign, 1 engineering ensign
Escort: 1 science ensign, 1 engineering ensign, 1 tactical ensign, 1 tactical lieutenant.
