Mission Bugs Cause by: Server lag mostly.

Ive noticed most missions where I beam down and dont have mobs to kill or, only have like 3/5 mobs present to kill and you are stuck are caused by load and lag during peak times.
When it takes to forever to log in while spamming, and getting the server full error, these are when most of my bugs occur with missions.
As a side effect I hope the development team is aware of this and not thinking that every mission is bugged, because so far missions have the most bug reports, and cryptic might be scratching their heads when they cannot reproduce it.
When you start beaming down as a ship or beaming up as a crew member in space, you know load is bad.
