Lost basic abilities in briar patch

System

I lost the ability to reinforce my force fields you know where you use the arrow keys to do it temporarily, and my buddy lost the ability to fire weapons temporarily we were both in the briar patch for quite a while, over a hour, and this bug kept creeping in. We fixed it I think or I did by going into my options and keymapping, I didn't find what to keymap but after I went back out of the options it was fixed
