Inventory / Equiped items

When hovering over the inventory items with the Equip menu open, it gives the stats of just the inventory item not the equiped item, yet it still shows the equiped item name. (see attached images)

    Also noticed that the "Body / Armor" don't show or change the appearance on my BOFs
    Does it effects still work on the BOFs if they are attached but not visible?
