Unable to buy officers

Got Lt. Commander, tried to buy a couple more officers. Tried to buy an engineer 3x, lost the merits for each purchase, but never got the item in my inventory. Filed a bug and a gm petition. Wondering if anyone else saw this?

    this isn't a bug.

    The BO's don't go into your inventory as such, this is what you do.

    Push U > goto Assignments > on the right side you will see the BO's you purchased

    Yeah i missed it for a sec as well. My first purchase went into inventory. next day i was getting another and it showed up in the interface. I like that, saves inventory room.

    Speaking of room ever notice that tribbles multiply in your inventory? I had one that i found on a station and later i had 2 then 4. wonder if they would eventually fill up? ohh maybe i better check my bank too... :-)
