Stuck at loading screen bug

i seem to have alot of issues with map transferring, it first happened when i first finished the tutorial and tried to warp to sol, now it seems to happen (via random chance) everywhere whenever i try to transition from say...deepspace encounter to sirius sector block, or going to/from sol etc so far the only way i can get around this is leaving and coming back (sometimes i have to use safe mode which screws up my settings) any help on this would be nice or if the bug could get patched would be nicer
