Crew running into/through fire - No enemy near

On missions i have noticed that my crew sometimes running into or past through the fire.
(As if they dont see the fire or just dosent care)
One was even standing in the fire untill he collapsed.
Ok if they are forced to be in a fire temporarily if there is a enemy nearby, but sometimes it isent and i still see this faulty behaviur..
