The Patch Server Cannot Be Found

It' says "The Patch Server Cannot Be Found" when I try to open the game. Which is supposed to bring me to logging into startrekonline.com first then the cryptic logging. Anyone know what I need to do? I just tried reinstalling the game and I know the the game servers are up as my friend is online.
