crash/memory dump on respawn

Tonight error that kept plaguing me - after dying in space combat, and waiting for the timer to tick down, the button would come up that says RESPAWN - I'd click it and BAMM! crash, memory dump, reboot - that's bad. I was getting it about once ever hour or so.... very bad.
