Ship weapons in UI dissapear

hi all, did a search couldn't find this issue anywhere on here so.

when I started in my Tier 1 ship, in the power's bar for weapons i had both my Phaser arrays in keys 1 and 2 respectively, and #3 was my single photon, now after hitting Lieutenant 4, I only have (1) Phaser bank in slot #2 and my photon in Slot #3, and my other Phaser bank (slot 1) is not visible in the first slot. i have not removed it at all, nor upgraded it yet. the only upgrade I've added to my ship was a Shield drop. is this a known issue? or a bug? or have i equipped a skill / item to cause this?:confused:

    1. edit your post insted of posting under it. this will make seem less like a newbie.


    2. yes it happens durring system exit or entry.
