Can't Warp out od Sol

I have been trying to get away from earth dock, every time I try to warp out I get server unreachable, disconnect... I also have troubles beaming back to the station due to the same effect.

I have been trying this for quite a while.

Also login to having my avatar s my ship and can not so anything.
