Kei System Issues

Unlike a lot of folks, I was able to get into the Kei system just fine but, on the clear the 3 patrols from the system phase, there are only 2 patrols. The 3rd patrol is nowhere to be seen.

More troublesome, now I cannot enter any other system. I'm stuck in sector space.
