BO Skill Points bug?

I dunno if this is a bug or not but 5 seconds after I spend the Bridge officer Skill Points on my 2 Bridge officer's skills they all immediately reset. I don't loose the points at all it just resets as if I had clicked the Reset button instead of accept. Anyone got this figured out or is it a bug?

    same thing is happening to me too...gets kinda anoying trying to skill them up over and over.

    Much better .... 10 seconds after i tried to spend Skillpoints i get a disconnect..... ALWAYS grrr
