Away team missing / cannot progress tutorial

I just zoned to the planet in the tutorial.
After about 5 to 10 seconds of pressing the reenforcements button on my bridge officers button (tactical me, officer is science) I got disconnected.
When i got back in my away team was not there anymore, and I couldn't get a kit from the NPC or a phasor rifle anywere.
Haven't tried to login yet because of the capacity issues.
