Looking for a Federation ship for my Fed-aligned Rom?

One of my alts is a Federation-aligned Engineer Rom captain. I do NOT want a Romulan ship for her, as she already has two and I can get several more at any time. What I want is a T6 Federation or cross-faction ship. For PvE play. Given that we aren't allowed the Kelvin Timeline Intel Dreadnought Cruiser (the Vengeance) I narrowed it down to the following, input or other ship suggestions welcome.
Hestia advanced escort (first choice)
Benthan assault cruiser
Amarie Smuggler's Heavy Escort (why does it have so many Sci consoles and abilities, when it isn't even a science ship?)
