United Fleet Operations Armada (-UFO-) is looking for a qualified fleet to join us in a Gamma position. We are a large social community, mostly casual players who are fans of Star Trek and STO. Most importantly though, WE ARE ACTIVE!
Our armada members are a diverse group who come from a vast variety of backgrounds, and hail from every corner of the world. They are always friendly, respectful, and helpful. They are at your beck and call, ready to lend a hand 24 hours a day!
We are looking for Fleet leaders who are committed to growing their fleets, and working together as a team to improve the game experience for all of the fleets in our armada.
Our armada charter is our guide. It's a road map, that all leaders in the United Fleet Operations Armada agree to follow and uphold. It paves the way toward growth for our community and establishes policies that ensure a fun, safe, and friendly environment for all STO Players!
We have an excellent recruitment plan, that goes above and beyond what you're doing now. We strive for quality over quantity. A full fleet is fine for some, but we don't want 500 drones who won't interact with each other, don't participate in group activities, or aren't interested being part of a group that shares their interests and is part of a team.
Our fleets emphasize the benefits of calling UFO home. We all fly the same flag, and we support every one of our brothers, sisters, and various miscellaneous alien allies!
