Lohlunat Prize Voucher Missing from Store

I have a previous year reputation event with which I would like to complete via Lobi purchase in the event store, but option to purchase vouchers appears to have disappeared (no longer at top or anywhere in list).

    I just checked and both the current event and my open event from from the 9th anniversary (2017) are available, top of the list under ships/crew
    LTS and loving it.

    You need to have the Ship Project slotted for the item to show up, I believe.
