Item "Mudd's Time Device" from the new reputation is not effected by "Kit Performance" nor "Kit Readiness".

I contacted Arc support and recieved this response:

I'm sorry to learn that you encountered an issue with the Mudd's Time Device Kit Module where the "Kit Performance" and "Kit Readiness" buff does not work. After reviewing details that you provided, it appears you encountered a bug. Regretfully, Customer Support does not have the proper tools to address this. I've gone ahead and informed the team about this for a possible fix. But the best way to resolve the issue is for you post about the issue on the official bug reports forum. This way, other players would be made aware of them and they can contribute to your post. Also, please note that the developers and the QA team may not reply to your post, but rest assured that the Community team will collate all data and forward it to them.
