Ship Claim Bug

Heyla...
I and a few others on Reddits have ran into a bug with claiming ships. When you claim a ship it gives a "InvalidEntityName" in the name space, and then bugs out both your ship window and the manage window in the spacedock.

logging out and back in can put the ship into the spacedock selection but you will end up with two ships selected, and for me, the bridge officers for the previous T3 ship were still the active selected bridge officers, but I had the new ships appearance and equipment slots.
This is, fairly impactful and I have shelved the character. Please address...

Screenshots contained here This is the bug AFTER i claimed and went to another map to try the work around. No matter what ship I equip I get the Ch'Gang's (A Ning'tao BoP) BOFF setup, seen here as my active setup in the first pic on my Intel Cruiser...

I can only assume that the InvalidEntityName issue caused some kind of database glitch out.
