My Sci toon just unlocked destabilise resonance beam but despite having all the bits n bobs it won't let me slot training manual 1,2or3?

    Please change the title to something less vague. That will help out the devs about the bug regarding unlocking Destabilize Resonance Beam on your science character. This problem also exists on the PC as well.
