Section 31 Intel Science Destroyer - Nacelles in the wrong position in sector space

For the new section 31 ship the nacelles should be upright at warp:

Therefore in sector space shouldn't they be upright as well? They should really only slip down beneath the hull if we specifically select tactical mode on a mission I would imagine.
As it stands sector space is incorrect. The warp out animation is lovely with the nacelles staying upright but some of the bits and pieces folding and tucking away. The warp in animation doesn't feature any corresponding unfolding but the nacelles are still up where they should be.
It just seems to be sector space where they are wrong.
