Problems with loading BOFF skills

I recently switched back the the T6 Intel Cruiser and when I went to load up the BOFF skills on the UI in the skills tray it showed that the skills for each BOFF was not shown in the available skills box. I removed each officer and then reloaded them logged out the back in again and still nothing there. I put a ticket in and was also told to put here as well. Any help in fixing this will be greatly appreciated,
