Truncated "Show Filters" and "Hide Filters" buttons in the duty officer UI

The "Show Filters" and "Hide Filters" buttons in the duty officer UI are truncated on Federation characters. I had previously reported a similar bug with the "Play" and "Back" buttons in the character selection screen. (See the section "Related bug reports" below.) I believe there is a general bug affecting the appearance of buttons on Federation characters.

As shown below, the "Show Filters" button has been truncated on the right, and the "Hide Filters" button has been truncated on the left.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log on to a Federation character.
2. Open the duty officer window and plan an assignment.
3. Click the "Select" button next to one of the duty officers.
4. Observe that the "Show Filters" button is truncated on the right.
5. Click the "Show Filters" button.
6. Observe that the "Hide Filters" button is truncated on the left.
