For some reason the 5/16 patch notes thread was closed for some reason.
I really not liking the changes to this item.
Now its only a 1 use item, and you cant even equip it on your character. Which makes no sense.
Can we get it changed back but fix the bugs of it?

    Patch notes threads are always closed and moved to Release Notes subforum after the update.
