Command Tier 6 Ships at Any Level! NOT working!

    I haven't been able to confirm this, because my JH ships aren't Mastery LvL 6 yet, but try reclaiming the Expansion pack and the Starter pack on your new toon and see if that helps. I know you shouldn't have to reclaim these packs, but it's worth a try.

    Nope. Ships remain unpackable... and now unclaimable.

    The Jem'Hadar Vanguard ships seems to work for me, I claimed them fine on a level 4 Starfleet character.
