Mark reward packs from Endeavors don't have the option of Discovery Legends Marks. On the recent Livestream it was said that all Mark choice things would give Discovery Marks. Tried 50 and 100 Mark packs. Freshly gotten 50 mark choice box from a Personal Endeavor done today on Tribble didn't have the choice either, so it's not an older box or copy from Holodeck issue.
Also, the issue tracker is down, so bugs can't be reported in game.
