My Fleet T'Varo T6 jumps / teleports on its own

Other then the singularity jump i have no clue how my ship could jump unless given an extra console ect... I checked all skills, traits and doffs but i couldn't figure out why this ship is jumping. In this video at around minute 3.00 I'm around 6-7km away from the cube i destroyed and then got killed by teleporting right where the cube is exploding. I have no idea whats going on but this is happening since 2 or 3 weeks i know for sure at first I didn't think much of it but now that it keeps repeating itself over and over I wonder what it could be.

    Thats a power from the temporal spetialization, when you are down to 10% teleports away from danger, i think is called continuity, i use it all the time..
