T6 Lockbox grand prize spec seating inconsistencies.

I think it's about time to point out the inconsistencies in terms of spec seating for Lockbox ships. I'll make my point pretty clear with a list of the ships and the spec seating they have.

Temporal Science Vessel (Verne/Qul'poH/Sui'Mor) 1 seat. Lieutenant Commander Science/Temporal Operative.

As you can see by the bold text there's a bit of an issue with some of these ships. Let's break this down a bit.

The Benthan Assault cruiser was a secondary prize from the Vaadwaur box, and one of the early T6 ships, while the Vaadwaur Manasa was the grand prize and also one of the early T6 ships. As most of the original T6's need a pass anyway this can be explained as an issue of not quite knowing how to balance a T6 ship yet and any balance pass of older ships should give them a secondary seat.

The Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser is next. It's got a gimmick in the form of 2 commander level seats so potentially that's where the "power budget", if that's even a thing for STO, went.

The Tholian Jorogumo Carrier has one seat but it's a Commander level spec seat. Other lockbox grand prize ships have both a Commander spec seat and a secondary spec seat, like the Sphere builder and Kelvin ships, but having it at commander makes up for it.

Then there's the Temporal Science ships. What's the excuse here? They don't have a gimmick seating layout like the Jem LBC, they don't have a singular Commander level spec seat like the Jorogumo, and they're not one of the original T6's. I'd really like to hear the devs answer to this as it's been ignored even during the original release months ago. Now that the Jorogumo is out and it got a singular spec seat at the Commander level what's the answer for the Temporal Science ships? There's also a similar set of issues with Lobi ships where there's a few very obvious ones that deserve an explanation as well as to why certain ships get stated a certain way when there's no gimmick to explain it.

What explanation is there for the blatant balance disparity in this situation devs?
