Puzzling error

Hello all i just started playing again on PC yesterday so decided to create a new character and i was getting this error after the game lost server connection ( an error occurred while transferring this character to its destination map ) , is this a known issue , something i should worry about or just leave it ? , if i pick the option 'safe login' the game sends me back to earth spacedock and works well from there , well until it loses server connection again
