The welcome pop up

It is becoming more of a hindrance than informative. It pops up constantly even after the character has been in game for a while.

    I agree. It's not bad to see it once when you first log in--sometimes there's good info on it; however, it pops up after changing to some maps. It pops up after first login, you join a random TFO, and the welcome screen shows up again at the start of the TFO too.
