My husband tried to buy zen for us but it said there was a problem with the card and we just used the card at the store this evening

I had that happen.... I used a second browser I have on my computer without an Ad Blocker on it to get it to work.
So, try either turning off the ad blocker on the browser you are using or do what I did.
