Crit Chance for Ship shown in Ship Stats panel while in space mission zone (Argala), is incorrect.

Crit Chance for Ship shown in Ship Stats panel while in space mission zone (Argala), is incorrect.

It shows, without buffs, I have 22.1% Crit Chance.

But when I add up all the crit chance stuff I have in effect, the actual number should be 23.7%. Not sure if its just the stat panel is wrong, or if I"m being shortchanged on crit chance during mission.

Here is what I have:
2% - 1 Rommie BOFF
3% - 3 Jem'Hadar BOFFs (1% crit chance space trait each)
4% - Precision Space Reputation Trait
4% - Advanced Weapon Specialization skill (all 3 levels)
1% - Operative Personal Space Trait
2% - Endeavor Perk: Crit Chance (Space)
7.7% - 4 Locator consoles (1 epic = 2%, 3 ultra-rare = 1.9% each)
Total = 23.7%

Do players have any low innate crit chance %? Or is chance always 0% for a new character...I forgot to look when I started this character. If player does have innate non-0 crit chance, it is not added in above total yet of what Crit Chance I should have.

    It's because it's a level 60 map, not 65, so your stats are level capped and not incorrect.

    From the wiki:

    Players start with a base Critical Chance of 2.5% and a Critical Severity of +50%, in both ground and space, meaning you have a 2.5% chance of dealing 150% damage.
