Ship not given or available to claim from KDF Starter pack

I purchased KDF starter pack and did not recieve the B'rotlh BoP, no could I find any place to claim it. Customer Support refunded the zen value of the ship and asked me to post here.

I have the same problem bought the starter pack for klingons didnt get the ship thought I was the only one didnt think of it at the time but I probably should have gotten a hold of customer support
