Narendra Class Missing Lt. Temporal seat

Hello, I hope this is the correct forum to post this in, but I was just noticing that the new miracle worker and pilot ships from the discovery operations pack have the typical commander specialization seat as well as a Lt. specialization seat for their respective specializations.
The Narendra has the full temporal ship mechanics, but only has the commander specialization seat. When it came out, I thought it was missing the Lt. seat simply because it wasn't one of the "official" temporal ships, but now that these discovery ships have launched with specialization ship mechanics and full proper spec seating in them, I suspect it was simply an oversight, or perhaps a bug. Either way, this ship is currently out of step with other "full specialization" ships
Oh, I did a quick review, and apparently the Andorian pilot escorts are similarly blighted with a missing Lt. specialization seat, but the Cardassian intel ships are as they should be. Is this a bug, or perhaps a change of mind on the matter? Well... no matter the reason, it's definitely a lack of consistency that should be corrected.
