Omega R&D Bug?

There appears to be another bug with the Omega event. I started 3 R&D tasks to turn Omega slivers into shards. One of them started, using 15 shards and a duty officer. The other two started but have not shown in the list, even after changing maps/logging etc., and the duty officers are not shown as active, but the 30 Omega shards are gone.
